Residence Tulip Inn Media Park Hilversum completely renovated

On 1 July 2011, Tulip Inn Media Park Hilversum reopened its completely renovated apartment building under the name Tulip Inn Media Park Hilversum Residence. The 16 two-room and three-room apartments accommodating one to four residents are located at Koninginneweg 42 in Hilversum.

The apartments are suitable for foreigners having long-term assignments at companies in Hilversum and vicinity. They are also ideal for people who require temporary living accommodations during a moving delay or home alterations. One of these apartments is a fine solution as a temporary residence. The apartments offer a high level of privacy and can be rented for a short or long period.

Beautifully furnished

Each apartment consists of a beautifully furnished living area; a separate bedroom; a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet; and a kitchen with appliances that include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and hob.

Tim Audenaerde, the new general manager, sees it as a nice project. ‘With this renovation project, I arrived just at the right time. As the manager, you want to promote a good product, and it’s great if you get the chance to help decide on the interior design and the look of the apartments.’

Complete renovation makes everything perfect

‘The apartments are now equipped with a new laminated floor, new flatscreen TVs and new furniture,’ says Tim Audenaerde. ‘In addition to installing more environmentally friendly lighting, the bathrooms have also received a makeover. Tenants can make free use of wireless internet. The hotel rooms had already been renovated a few years ago, so the renovation of the apartments makes everything perfect.’

Hotel facilities

The apartments are located at the edge of the city centre and provide sufficient on-site parking. It’s a 5-minute walk to the NS railway station, a 10-minute walk to the Media Park, and the Hotel Tulip Inn Media Park Hilversum is just 200 metres away. Tenants can make use of all the hotel facilities such as the restaurant and bar as well as the gym and sauna facilities, and the solarium. They can take advantage of the free laundry room or pay for laundry service.

Former Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gesticht

The apartments are accommodated in the former Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gesticht that dates from 1913. The building was operated for many years under the name Hill House Appartments. Since 1 July 2011, the apartments have been rented under the name Tulip Inn Media Park Hilversum Residence.
