Opening hours of Grand Café Gooiland
Grand Café Gooiland is open one hour prior to the start of a performance.

Cancellation
You may always cancel tickets you have purchased. Contact the reception desk of Theater Gooiland or cancel the tickets yourself through your personal account. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive your paid ticket price as credit on your personal account, minus a € 2,00 cancellation fee per ticket. Refunds are never given for tickets you purchase yourself. Of course, refunds will be given in the event that Theater Gooiland sees the need to cancel a performance.

Too late or unable to attend
The auditorium door closes at the start of the performance. To avoid disturbing performers and other visitors, our theatre employee will seat you on the balcony, if the show permits. If you are unable to attend, your ticket to the performance may be given to someone else.

Cloakroom
You may leave your coat in the cloakroom and it will be looked after by our theatre employees during the performance. Alternatively, you may take your coat inside with you. The cloakroom closes half an hour after the end of the performance. You are kindly requested to pick up your coat before that time.

Service fee
A service fee is added for (almost) all performances. This means that your coat will be hung up in the attended cloakroom.

Theatre & Concert Gift Voucher
The box office at Theater Gooiland accepts the Theatre & Concert Gift Voucher. The voucher is only accepted for tickets ordered at the box office.

Lost tickets
If you lose your tickets, our box office employees can print off copies for you.

Waiting list
If a performance is sold out, you can always add your name to the waiting list through our website. You will be notified automatically as soon as tickets are returned or not collected. All guests on the waiting list are automatically notified of this, so do not delay in reserving tickets when they become available.

Transaction fees
A transaction fee of € 2,50 is charged per order, regardless of the number of tickets. This fee applies for tickets purchased at the box office, by phone or by Internet. Therefore, if you intend to reserve tickets for several performances, it is more economical to reserve them in one go.

Video and sound recording and mobile phones
You are not allowed to take photos or make a film during performances. Moreover, for technical reasons and due to noise pollution, we kindly request that you switch off your mobile telephone during performances.

Disabled persons
Theater Gooiland is accessible for wheelchairs users and less abled people. So that we can allocated a suitable spot to the wheelchair users or less abled person, we kindly request that you inform us of this by phone when reserving your tickets. Our theatre employees will accompany you inside. Disabled toilet facilities are available.

General terms and conditions for visitors
The general terms and conditions for visitors are available for perusal at our reception desk. We can of course also send them to you upon request. An original, fully organised evening out for your company party is possible in Amrâth Grand Hotel & Theater Gooiland. Our theatre performances can easily be combined with a party, dinner or reception. Next to the theatre, we have several areas that are excellent for receiving your business partners and colleagues. From 8 to 1,500 persons everything is possible.
